I am trying to lose some weight... Well not some, a lot of weight. at least 50 pounds. I come up with this idea for when I am watching TV. For every commercial I will have to do some kind of cardio workout.
Examples:
- Jumping-Jacks
- Running in place
- High knees is place
- Butt kickers in place
This is something that I am going to be doing to help me lose my weight. Good idea or bad?
